After you place your order, our shipping team will contact you within 3-5 business days to schedule your delivery. We offer Free Shipping and Placement on Site for customers within 100 miles. A skilled shipping team will deliver and place your order on site.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SITE PREPARATIONS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSUMER. Any obstacles that require us to deliver your order in kit form, may incur an additional fee.

We are pleased to offer year-round delivery services to residents of PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, WV, OH, VA, NC, SC, VT, CT, MA, NH, and ME.

For residents of TX, LA, MS, MO, AR, TN, KY, IN, AL, GA, FL, and MI, we have designated shipping times. We typically arrange delivery to these states during the fall, winter and spring.

The customer is responsible for answering calls from shippers to set up delivery times. 

PLAY STRUCTURE GUARANTEE

All playground products are absolutely guaranteed for five years against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, failure to properly maintain the product or damage resulting from misuse. You are responsible for your child's safety with this product. We are not responsible for accidents or injury.

RETURN POLICY

Return & Cancellation Policy

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality handcrafted products from reputable woodworkers.

We allow up to 48 hours to cancel an order with a full refund.  After that, the order is considered final.  Each order is custom made and is most likely being worked on after that point.  Orders over $1,000 will be charged any credit card fees for the transactions.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns.

 

When purchasing a product through our company, Gap Swings, LLC, you agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Site for the Product (the ‘Purchase Price’).

Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through a Payment Provider such as PayPal. In purchasing a product through our company, you warrant and represent that you agree to be bound by the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Provider.

Once the purchase is completed, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and we may record your purchase details for future use. Gap Swings, LLC. disclaims responsibility for payments not received.

Gap Swings, LLC does not offer any buyback programs, nor do we offer any refunds or returns.

Gap Swings, LLC warrants its swing sets used in residential and commercial applications. To receive warranty benefits, you must provide your original invoice as proof of purchase. Warranties are for the original purchaser at the original installation address. Any alterations, relocation, or improper installation of your playset will void the warranty.

Gap Swings, LLC reserves the right to request photographs and/or physical evidence of the product claimed to be defective, and to recover the product prior to any warranty work being authorized. All shipments of products returned for inspection will be paid by the consumer. Labor and shipping fees may apply.

If the defect is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer will remedy the warranty claim within a reasonable time period. The remedy will consist of repair or replacement of the defective piece unless it is not practical. If this would be the outcome, the manufacturer will reimburse the original purchaser for the value of the defective piece. Warranty limited to the original cost of the defective item. In these cases, we have the right to provide a refund.
